Shopping and orders
Our merchandise is produced on demand by Printify and its print providers. Product availability, pricing, shipping estimates and promotions may change. Review product-specific sizing and materials before checkout. Orders are subject to confirmation and applicable consumer rights. Refunds, delivery, and appearance

Brand and creative rights
Book Baddies logos, original artwork, copy, and designs are owned or licensed by their respective rights holders. No permission to reproduce or resell them is granted by browsing this site. Third-party authors, titles, characters, and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
Accounts, VIP, and community
Keep login and VIP credentials private. Eligibility and access may change under published program rules. Discord and Fable are third-party services with separate terms. Harassment, impersonation, scraping, fraud, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
Games and user content
Games are for entertainment. Do not cheat, disrupt services, or submit unlawful or infringing content. You retain rights to content you own. Do not submit content you do not own or have permission to share. We will request separate consent where appropriate for promotional use of identifiable customer photos.
Disclaimers and liability
The site may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
