Book Baddies products are made to order through Printify and its independent print providers. Production normally takes approximately 2–7 business days, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Shipping and arrival
Shipping costs, available methods and delivery estimates depend on the product, destination and print provider. Review the checkout information for your order. Carrier transit begins after production and is separate from production time. Products in the same order may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping destinations
We ship only to destinations available for the selected products at checkout. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your destination is unavailable.
Tracking and delays
Tracking is provided when available. Some services or print providers may not provide tracking. Delays can occur during peak seasons, stock shortages, quality checks, or carrier disruptions. If we cannot ship within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will provide notices, cancellation options and refunds as applicable.
Address accuracy and missing packages
Please check your address carefully before ordering. Address changes after production begins may not be possible. For a missing or late package, contact kasandrareads@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate and apply the appropriate remedy under law and our published policy.
