Overview
At Book Baddies Book Club, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, production and shipping times may vary depending on the product, destination, and season.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been produced, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. Since our products are fulfilled by different production partners, items ordered together may ship separately and arrive on different days.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays can occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Customs processing
- High seasonal demand
- Supply chain disruptions
Book Baddies Book Club is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, your order may be delayed or returned to the fulfillment partner. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of any damaged items or packaging (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution when eligible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
