Thank you for shopping with Book Baddies Book Club! Please read our policy carefully, as our products are made-to-order.
Made-to-Order Items
All merchandise sold through our store is custom-printed on demand specifically for you once your order is placed. Because each item is made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review size charts and product details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we’ve got you covered:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at kasandrareads@gmail.com.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (the item itself, the defect/damage, and the shipping label/packaging if damaged in transit)
- Once verified, we’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters production, we’re unable to modify the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at kasandrareads@gmail.com if you need to cancel — once an item enters production, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 30 days so we can investigate with the carrier. For packages significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out and we’ll look into it.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
