Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may process contact details, shipping and billing addresses, order and account details, customer-support messages, submitted reviews, and technical/security data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Why we use it
We use necessary information to process orders, deliver products, respond to requests, maintain accounts, prevent fraud, secure the website, and comply with legal obligations. Any promotional email program requires its own appropriate disclosures and controls.
Payments and service providers
Orders are fulfilled by Printify and its print-provider network. To produce and ship purchases, necessary order details (such as products, recipient name and delivery address) are shared with those providers and shipping carriers. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment-card details on this website. Hosting, payment, shipping and support providers receive the information needed to provide their services.
Cookies
WooCommerce and WordPress may use necessary session, cart, login, and security cookies. VIP access uses a secure session cookie that expires after one hour. Your browser may also store cart preferences. You can manage cookies in your browser; disabling necessary cookies may prevent the cart, checkout or sign-in from working. Visiting external community and social links is subject to those services’ own privacy policies.
Retention and rights
We retain information as needed to process orders, provide support, keep required business records, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. Third-party communities and children
Fable and Discord operate under their own policies. The website is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security and changes
We use reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. We will post material policy updates with a revised effective date.
